Ripley U Better Believe It (Better known as Ripley or Rip) is a red bi Australian shepherd. He was born on September 30, 1997. He was rescued by me at the age of 4 months. Rip started out his life shy and scared of people. Now thanks to playing lots of confidence building sports, such as flyball, agility and K-9 Disc, he is a happy, well-adjusted boy. He joined Fidos as a Therapy Dog in 2004 after his brother, Xander joined the program and enjoyed it so much. He loves visiting with kids especially, and making me look silly by rolling over when I ask him to lie down. He often wears a clown outfit when he goes visiting for that reason! Rip also knows some SD skills...and incorporates picking up money or keys into his demo tricks. He shares the monthly Holy Cross Rehab visit with his brother (sometimes he goes, sometimes Xander goes) and participates in DEAR at Bond Mill Elementary each Thursday morning.
